The first part of the toy is a friction propeller. Just rub the stick on the propeller shaft and watch the propeller spin. Anyone can make the propeller spin, the trick is to get it to spin in either direction.
The second part looks like a helicopter blade. Twist the wooden stick between your hands, to make it fly through the air.
