Obviously, we hope that you love your toys and never need to return any, but we totally understand that sometimes such occasions arise, and we are happy to accept returns for any reason.  The only thing that we ask, is that the item's are in their original retail packaging and in tip-top condition.

It's Easy To Return Items To Us

Please pack up your unwanted items carefully, and send them to us at the address below.

Please enclose a copy of your packing note, (or at the least your name and order no) so we know who the package is from and process a no quibble refund accordingly.

It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage from the post office when returning items to us.

What if I've just changed my mind?

No problem, that's what our no quibble returns service is all about.  Just follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items.

Can I return items to your shops?

Of course, if you live near one of our toy shops in Devon or Cornwall, then please drop it in and one of our friendly team will be happy to assist.

The gift is unsuitable for the intended recipient

That's fine, Simply follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items for a full refund.

What if I've received the wrong item?

In that case, please accept our apologies first and foremost. Then please contact us to let us know on 08452 696 452 or email customerservice@toyday.co.uk. We will then arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and send the correct item out to you.

Can I send my goods back to be exchanged?

Of course, Just follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items, and let us know what you would like to exchange it for. If the value differs, we will either charge the original card used to place the order, or refund the difference.

My toys have arrived damaged or won't work

First and foremost please accept our apologies. Don't worry though as we can usually get a replacement out to you swiftly.
