Toyday Delivery

Standard delivery orders are delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail or courier as appropriate and should be with you within a couple of working days from dispatch. Choose economy delivery, if you are happy to wait an extra day or two or choose next day delivery if you would like your order guaranteed for delivery the next working day.

UK orders over £50 are currently sent free of charge. Postage charges are confirmed on screen before you finalise any payment.

Next Day Delivery

We offer an express next working day delivery service for £6.95. Simply select the next day delivery option when checking out.
Please Note: This service excludes bank holidays and Sundays, and orders weighing over 2kg to be delivered outside of mainland UK. Choosing next day delivery guarantees the service, but not delivery in exceptional circumstances. Please see T&C's for more details.
Saturday deliveries are only available on a Friday for our standard rate plus £10. Saturday deliveries are limited to a total order weight of 2kg.

Cut off time for next day delivery is 1:00 pm. GMT.

Need it before 9:30 tomorrow?

We understand that occasionally standard next day delivery wont quite do, and we are happy to offer before 9:30am or before 12am service to ensure that you get your order on time. This service is subject to current stock levels, so please call us on 08452 696 452 and we'll be happy to help.

International Rates

We post to Europe and the rest of the world.  The postage and packing rate is calculated by weight at 20g increments. The best way to check the postage is to add the items you wish to buy to the cart and proceed as if to checkout.  The postage rate will be confirmed on the screen before you commit to buy.

The 2 KG Rule

International postage costs work out most reasonable when the weight is kept below 2kg.  The key to keeping the postage cost down is to try not to add too many heavy items like glass marbles and large wooden toys.
It may also be worth considering splitting larger orders into 2 smaller ones to keep the postage cost down.

Sending to the UK from abroad

If you live abroad and wish to send a parcel full of toys to a UK address (i.e - you live in Spain and would like to send a gift to the UK) this can be done by choosing your international billing address, and select a UK delivery address and we will send it at the UK postage rates detailed above. If your order is over £50, we'll send it free of charge.
